This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by us through mediums other than our Services, or to information collected by any person or entity other than us, even if related to our Services (such as a third-party website, content, or application).

By using our Services, or by clicking to accept or agree to our Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by our Terms, including this Privacy Policy. It is important to note that our Services require access to your contact list to simplify and optimize some transactions. The types of information we collect from your contact list include a) Contact names and b) Phone numbers. We use the data to initiate your fund request and confirm the payment's status.

We do not share your contact list information with any third parties except for cases mentioned in Section 8.

We take your and your contact's data security seriously, so we have implemented robust measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We may collect information regarding customer activities on our website and Mobile Cloud Services. This information is aggregated and used to help us provide more useful information to our customers and to understand which parts of our website, products, and Services are of most interest. We may collect and store details of how you use our Services, including search queries. This information may be used to improve the relevance of results provided by our Services. Except in limited instances to ensure the quality of our Services over the Internet, such information will not be associated with your IP address.

Click-Through Data. In some of our email messages, we use a "click-through URL" linked to content on the KASH website. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on our website. We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, you should not click text or graphic links in the email messages. Additionally, pixel tags enable us to send email messages in formats customers can read, and they tell us whether mail has been opened. We may use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.

Certain features or functionalities of our Services may be served by third parties, such as Unidos, Visa, and other content and application providers. These third parties may collect information about you when you use our Services. We do not control these third parties tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

6. Children Under the Age of 13.

Our Services are intended to be accessed and used only by adults and are not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 and you should not provide us with any information regarding any individual under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered information from anyone under the age of 13, we will take reasonable measures to promptly remove that information from our records.

Suppose our affiliate requires additional information about a client or transaction information for regulatory reasons. In that case, it must request the list of clients (name and last name) or the transaction identification through a Compliance Request Report we will provide.
